Arthur Jay Weiss & Associates principal Arthur Weiss was cited in a Detroit Free Press article as the defense attorney of record for Scott James Rocky of Center Line, Michigan, a long-time U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer who faces federal child pornography charges after videos depicting children and teens engaging in sex acts were discovered at his home during a recent FBI investigation.
At the time of the article’s publication, Weiss had no comment to provide to press inquiries. Rocky remains in custody and has been placed on administrative leave from the Customer and Border Protections Office without pay.
